Abstract: The interference press fitting process is widely used in the field of new energy vehicle gear shaft processing. Due to its involvement in interference press fitting, it may have a certain impact on gear accuracy, leading to a decrease in the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) level of the electric drive assembly. In order to conduct in-depth research on the impact of driven gear press fit interference on the accuracy of the intermediate shaft gear, press fit tests are conducted based on two different interference amounts of 0.03 mm and 0.1 mm. The results show that both types of press fit interference caused the greatest cumulative impact on the gear, about 5 μm and 8 μm, respectively. In addition, the tooth angle of the intermediate shaft gear is sensitive to the press-fitting force, and the maximum change is about 6.5 μm. Therefore, based on the comparative analysis of the above test results: The gear accumulation and tooth orientation angle increase with the increase of press fit interference, which seriously affects the gear accuracy; Other gear accuracy parameters are not sensitive to the amount of interference pressing, and their changes are basically the same.

摘要: 过盈压装工艺广泛应用于新能源汽车齿轴加工领域,由于该工艺涉及过盈压装可能会 对齿轮精度造成一定的影响,进而导致电驱总成噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)水平下降。 为了深入研究从动齿轮压装过盈量对中间轴齿轮精度的影响,基于 0.03 mm 和 0.1 mm 两种不 同的过盈量进行压装测试。结果显示,两种过盈压装均对齿轮累积的影响最大,分别约 5 μm 和 8 μm,此外,中间轴齿轮齿向角度对压装力较为敏感,最大变化量约 6.5 μm。基于以上测 试结果对比分析发现,齿轮累积及齿向角度随压装过盈量的变大而变大,严重影响齿轮精度; 其他齿轮精度参数对过盈压装量并不敏感,其变化量基本一致。
