Abstract: Taking the formula student electric China (FSEC) as a platform, according to the rules and design guidelines proposed by the competition, it is necessary to check the strength of the battery box. Under the condition of meeting the rules of the competition, design a battery box with high strength, high safety and high lightweight. In this paper, through the mathematical model transformation, CATIA software is used to model and assemble the battery box of the prototype car and various components including the battery, and then the static structure of the battery box is analyzed through Ansys Workbench software to obtain the simulation data, and the battery box meeting the safety requirements of the competition is designed.

摘要: 以中国大学生电动方程式大赛(FSEC)为平台,根据大赛提出的规则要求以及设计指 导方针,对电池箱进行强度校核,在满足大赛规则的情况下,设计出一款高强度、高安全性、 高轻量化的电池箱。文章通过数学模型转化,应用 CATIA 软件对样车电池箱以及包括电池在 内的各个元器件进行建模、装配,再通过 Ansys Workbench 软件对电池箱体进行静态结构分 析,获得仿真数据,设计出满足大赛安全性要求的电池箱。
