电动汽车在总装生产过程中的安全策略

Abstract: It has become an inevitable trend for new energy electric vehicle to replace fuel vehicle. The structure of new energy electric vehicle is quite different from that of traditional fuel vehicle. The instability and high voltage of battery lead to how to ensure production safety became very important. This paper refers to the safety strategies of several vehicle manufacturer and discusses them from the perspectives of power battery combustion risk, electric shock risk, and electrolyte leakage risk. It summarizes and forms a set of safety production strategies for electric vehicles in vehicle manufacturer and proposes corresponding measures to reduce risks. It provides reference for the safe production to the producer of energy vehicle and battery.

摘要: 新能源电动汽车取代燃油车已成必然趋势,新能源电动汽车的结构与传统燃油汽车有 着较大差异,电池的不稳定、高压等特性导致在电动汽车生产制造过程中如何保证生产安全 变得尤为重要。文章参考了国内几个主机厂的安全策略,从动力电池燃烧风险、电击风险、 电解液泄露风险角度展开讨论,总结形成一套主机厂电动汽车的安全生产策略,提出应对降 低风险的措施,为新能源汽车主机厂、电池工厂安全生产提供借鉴。
