Abstract: By studying and comparing the general assembly workshop planning solution of mainstream vehicle manufacturers domestic and overseas, this paper studies how the general assembly workshop responds to the great challenges brought by the introduction of new energy vehicles, intelligent networking and other new technologies in the new era. The main planning directions to meet these challenges are discussed, such as the large-scale application of automatic guided vehicle on the assembly main line to improve the process flexibility of the general assembly workshop; Pursue the production line form without pit and no conveyor bearing requirements of the plant to improve the subsequent modification flexibility of the general assembly workshop. The mixed production mode of forced assembly line and island assembly station is adopted to improve the flexibility of mixed production in the general assembly workshop and reduce the modification investment for the introduction of new technologies, processes and products.

摘要: 文章通过研究对比国内外主流整车厂总装车间规划方案,研究总装车间如何应对新时 代新能源汽车、智能网联等新技术引入对总装车间规划带来的巨大挑战。探讨了应对这些挑 战的主要规划变革方向,如自动导向车在装配主线上的大规模应用提高总装车间工艺柔性; 追求无地坑、厂房无机运承载要求的生产线形式提高总装车间后续改造柔性;采用强制流水 线加岛式装配工位的混合生产模式提高总装车间混线生产柔性。通过这些规划方案,降低后 续新技术、新工艺、新产品引入的改造投资。
