Abstract: With the rapid development of China's commercial vehicle industry, the social demand for commercial vehicles maintenance talents is increasing. It is urgent for vocational colleges to cultivate more high-quality students in related fields, but the shortage of training equipment has become an important restricting factor. Based on this, this project has designed a set of training platform for heavy commercial vehicles pneumatic braking system, which has the characteristics of high simulation degree, strong practicality, low production cost, and is suitable for the major of automobile maintenance in vocational colleges. Besides, based on the training platform, a series of utilization strategies are put forward to promote the integrated teaching reform in vocational colleges, so as to improve the teaching quality.

摘要: 随着我国商用车产业的迅速发展,社会对商用车维修人才的需求日益增多,职业院校 亟需培养大量相关领域的高素质技术技能型人才,而现有的实训设备短缺已经成为该领域人 才培养重要的制约因素。基于此,文章设计了一套重型商用车气压制动系统实训台架,该台 架具有仿真度高、实用性强、制作成本低等特点,符合职业院校汽修专业的使用需求。同时, 基于该实训台架,提出一系列的开发利用策略,推动职业院校汽修专业理实一体化教学改革, 从而提高汽修专业教学质量。
