Analysis on the Effect of Silent Tire with Tire Repair Reagent on Cavity Noise

吸音海绵轮胎使用补胎剂后对其空腔 噪声的影响分析

Abstract: While the rise of electric vehicles, silent tires and tire repair agent are also becoming more common, however, for the compatibility of silent tires and tire repair agent, which need to conduct in-depth research on it. First of all, monitored the air tightness of the punctured tires repaired by the tire repair agent, and found that the tire don't leak, indicating that the silent tires does not affect the function of tire repair agent to repair tire. In addition, designed four test schemes, and tested the decibel value of cavity noise of the tires with different schemes by comparison method. It was found that the cavity noise value of tires with tire repair agent did not significantly deteriorate, indicating that the use of tire repair agent does not affect the function of silent tires to optimize cavity noise. So silent tires and tire repair agent compatibility is good, the two do not affect each other's function.

摘要: 随着电动汽车的崛起,吸音海绵轮胎和补胎剂的应用也越来越普及,但对于吸音海绵 轮胎和补胎剂的兼容性,需要对其进行深入的研究。首先,通过对补胎剂修补过的扎钉轮胎 的气密性进行监测,发现轮胎无漏气现象,说明吸音海绵轮胎的运用不影响补胎剂的补胎效 果。另外,设计四个方案的试验组,利用对比方法,检测不同方案轮胎的空腔噪声分贝值。 发现使用补胎剂的轮胎的空腔噪声值没有明显恶化,说明补胎剂的使用不影响吸音海绵优化 空腔噪声的功能。综上所得,吸音海绵轮胎与补胎剂的兼容性良好,两者互不影响彼此的功 能。
