Abstract: This paper introduces some important parameters of structural design about cross car beam, such as material selection, beam main and auxiliary pipe beam and other installation support.For the vehicle in road test, considering the mode of the instrument panel beam in the design process, avoid the engine idle condition of the natural frequency and the instrument panel beam mode frequency similar resonance sound, through computer aided engineering (CAE) software analysis of a car instrument panel beam assembly module, and combined with relevant internal standards, the design beam to meet the design requirements, avoid the subsequent beam costs, designed to provide reference for the subsequent similar structure design.

摘要: 文章介绍了在汽车仪表板横梁设计开发过程中,材料选择、横梁主副管梁及其他安装 支架等结构设计的重要参数。针对车辆在路试时常出现的异响问题,在设计过程中考虑仪表 板横梁的模态,避让发动机怠速工况的固有频率与仪表板横梁模态频率相近产生共振异响, 通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件分析某汽车仪表板横梁总成模态,并结合公司内部相关标 准,得出设计的横梁满足设计要求,避免后续因异响问题产生横梁的修模费用,旨在为后续 同类结构设计提供参考。
