Abstract: Denting resistance performance of the door outer panel is one of the important evaluation indexes of the body, the lack of its performance will reduce the quality of the products, and effect the subjective feelings of customers. In order to solve this problem, In this paper, the denting resistance performance of the door outer panel was simulated based HyperMesh, the unqualified pressure point was optimized by changing the structure stiffening plate and adding reinforcing sheet, and through the test to verify this optimized scheme. The experimental results show that the simulation is effective, and it provides a reliable basis for optimizing the structure of the door out panel.

摘要: 车门外板的抗凹性能是车身性能的重要评价指标之一,抗凹性能不足会降低产品的品 质形象,影响客户的主观感受。为解决这一技术问题,文章采用 HyperMesh 对车门外板抗凹 性能进行模拟,通过改变外板加强板结构和增加补强胶片对不合格压点进行优化,并针对优 化方案进行试验验证,试验结果表明,仿真优化方案的有效性,为车门外板结构优化提供可 靠依据。
