Abstract: To further improve the reliability analysis level of drive motor fault time data of new energy vehicle, a reliability analysis method based on Weibull distribution is proposed. In this paper, based on the complete fault data of small sample size, the reliability analysis process is summarized, and the empirical distribution function calculation model, three-parameter Weibull distribution model and grey model GM (1,1) are introduced and theoretically deduced. Finally, the fault data of a certain type of drive motor test is analyzed. The reliability analysis results show that the three-parameter Weibull distribution model based on the grey model GM (1,1) has a good fitting effect, and the average life of the drive motor of this batch model is 1 185.005 7 h. This paper provides a more accurate reliability analysis method, and the relevant reliability analysis results can further support the maintenance of the drive motor.

摘要: 为进一步提高新能源汽车驱动电机故障时间数据可靠性分析水平,提出了基于威布尔 分布的可靠性分析方法。文章在小样本量完全故障数据的基础上,总结可靠性分析流程,并 对其中的经验分布函数计算模型、三参数威布尔分布模型和灰色模型 GM(1,1)进行相应的介 绍和理论推导,最后对某型号驱动电机试验故障数据进行案例分析。可靠性分析结果表明, 基于灰色模型 GM(1,1)的三参数威布尔分布模型拟合效果较好,该批次型号的驱动电机平均 寿命为 1 185.005 7 h。文章提供了一种较为准确的可靠性分析方法,相关可靠性分析结果可 进一步支撑驱动电机维修保养等工作。
