Abstract: The demand for private cars in Northeast China is rapid, and all kinds of uncivilized behaviors in the driving process increasingly affect traffic passage and traffic safety. In order to better understand the characteristics of drivers in Northeast China, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on drivers in Northeast China, and analyzes the causes and countermeasures of uncivilized behaviors. The results show that drivers in Northeast China are vulnerable to objective factors such as lane congestion, emotional factors affected by others' emotions and internal reasons for driving skills and proficiency.

摘要： 我国东北地区对私家车需求量增长迅速，其在驾驶过程中出现的各种不文明行为越发 影响交通通行与交通安全，为了更好地了解东北地区驾驶员的特征，文章对东北地区驾驶员 进行问卷调查，并分析其出现不文明行为的原因。分析结果表明，东北地区驾驶员易受车道 拥挤等客观因素、受他人情绪影响的情绪因素以及驾驶技术和熟练度的内在原因三方面的影 响而出现不文明行为。
