Abstract: With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the complexity of transverse agent part that arises from business issues becomes higher and higher, and the accuracy of transverse agent is directly related to the smooth progress of a series of production and operation activities such as procurement, warehousing and settlement. An automate construction method of data structure for transverse agent part is studied in this paper. The basic definition, management of transverse agent part in engineering bill of material (EBOM) and construction of data structure construction in manufacturing bill of material (MBOM) are discussed in this paper. Finally, the benefits of this method to improve the quality of engineering release and reduce data error rate for building are concluded.

摘要： 随着汽车产业快速发展，横向代理零件数据作为由商务问题引发的特殊数据发布形式， 复杂性越来越高，且其正确性直接关系到采购、扣库及结算等一系列生产运营活动的顺利进 行。文章阐述了一种汽车横向代理零件数据结构自动化搭建方法。分别从基本术语、横向代 理零件在工程物料清单（EBOM）中的管理方法及在生产物流物料清单（MBOM）中数据结 构自动化搭建三个方面展开论述。最后论述了该方法对于企业提升工程端数据发布质量及降 低生产现场数据错误率的意义。
