Abstract: In this paper, a method for the design of the main pressure of hydraulic control unit (HCU) is proposed. Preliminary design calculations are supplemented by AMESim system simulation analysis and fine-tuning of the parameters in the calculations. Then the design is confirmed by system testing. Finally, the test results are used to correct the influence of hydrodynamic forces and the influence of part manufacturing tolerances, and determine the tolerance range of the main pressure. This design method can be used for different main pressures required by the system.

摘要: 文章重点提出了一种液压控制模块(HCU)主压力设计的方法,通过初步设计计算, 辅以 AMESim 系统仿真分析并微调计算中的参数,再通过系统测试确认完成设计,最后通过 测试结果来修正液动力的影响及零件制造公差的影响,确定主压力的公差范围。针对系统需 求不同的主压力,都可以采用这种设计方法完成。
