Abstract: To address the problem that wind noise is more obvious in pure electric vehicles without the mask of engine noise, the main focus is to sort out the mechanism of wind noise generation and the development process of wind noise performance, and then to control the wind noise of pure electric vehicles from the early stage of design, analyse the typical problems in the development process, combine with actual cases to avoid the problems and avoid wind noise problems in real vehicles. The wind noise of the final production vehicle is subjectively evaluated as good, and the objective test meets the preliminary wind noise development target, which verifies the effectiveness of the design scheme.

摘要: 针对目前纯电动汽车没有发动机噪声的掩盖,因而风噪声较明显的问题,主要对风噪 的产生机理,风噪性能的开发流程进行梳理,进而从设计前期对纯电动汽车的风噪进行控制, 对开发过程中的典型问题进行分析,结合实际案例对问题进行规避,避免实车出现风噪问题。 最终量产车的风噪声主观评价良好,客观测试满足前期风噪开发目标,验证了设计方案的有 效性。
