Abstract: The maximum torque and maximum net power of motorcycle engine are the only test items of engine products in the motorcycle new product announcement inspection and 3C compulsory certification, this paper analyses and interprets in detail the differences between Measurement Methods of Maximum Torque and Maximum Net Power of Engines for Motorcycles and Mopeds (GB/T 20076—2021) the standard GB/T 20076—2006, and discusses the relevant technical requirements in the new version of the standard, so as to further understand the technical requirements, and to facilitate a more comprehensive and systematic mastery and application of the new version of the standard for testing institutions and enterprise technical personnel.

摘要： 摩托车发动机最大扭矩和最大净功率是摩托车新产品公告检验及中国强制性产品认证 中发动机产品唯一检验项目，文章通过详细分析和解读新版标准《摩托车和轻便摩托车发动 机最大扭矩和最大净功率测量方法》（GB/T 20076—2021）与旧版标准 GB/T 20076—2006 之 间的差异，并对新版标准中的一些关键技术要求进行探讨，在此基础上可对新版标准中的关 键技术要点加深理解，有助于检测机构和企业技术人员更全面、系统地掌握和应用新版标准。
