Abstract: Accurately positioning the competitiveness level of commodity vehicles is conducive to the company's targeted product improvement, and accurately identifying and meeting customer needs is the key to the competitiveness of commodity vehicles. This paper provides a vehicle competitiveness evaluation system for heavy-duty trucks based on the actual use needs of customers, adopts a combination of subjective and objective evaluation methods, clarifies the main concerns of eight customers through research and big data analysis, and outputs the vehicle evaluation results and competitiveness. Through the actual measurement of the three trucks, the overall competitiveness of the J brand truck is the strongest, which is significantly better than the other two trucks in terms of economy and reliability, and the results prove that this method can provide an effective basis for the evaluation of the competitiveness of the whole vehicle.

摘要: 准确定位商品车竞争力水平有利于公司针对性地做出产品改进,而精准识别并满足客 户需求是商品车竞争力体现的关键。论文提供一种基于客户实际使用需求、针对重型卡车的 整车竞争力评价体系,采用主客观结合的测评方法,通过调研及大数据分析明确八个客户主 要关注点,输出整车测评结果及竞争力情况。通过对三款车进行实测,得到 J 品牌车总体竞 争力最强,在经济性、可靠性方面明显优于其他两款车,结果证明此方法能为整车竞争力评 价提供有效依据。
