Abstract: The fast development of the new energy vehicle industry has brought huge demand for talents, which brings new challenges to the development of new energy vehicle technology professional group. The continuous update of industry-related positions puts forward higher requirements for comprehensive talents. This paper expounds the construction and implementation of the "post course competition certificate" curriculum system of new energy vehicle technology professional group in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate system from three dimensions: curriculum system construction, teaching materials and course resources construction, and practical teaching system construction. It provides a new case for the reform of professional group education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.

摘要： 新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展带来了巨大人才需求，给新能源汽车技术专业群建设带来 了新的挑战，产业相关岗位的不断更新对人才的综合能力提出更高要求，文章从课程体系建 设、教材及课程资源建设、实践教学体系建设三个维度阐述 1+X 证书制度下高职新能源汽车 技术专业群“岗课赛证”课程体系的构建与实施，为高职院校专业群教育教学改革提供新案 例。
