Abstract: Thread connection is a common way of connecting parts in the process of automobile assembling and adjusting. With the gradual improvement of enterprise intelligent automation level, automatic tightening machine has been widely used in the production line, at the same time the tightening quality of tightening machine has become the key to product quality assurance. This paper optimizes the process parameters of the multi-axis electric servo control (EC) tightening machine through the process investigation, process analysis, rectification and verification of the screw thread failure mode in the tightening process, the consistency of the tightening quality and the tightening result is ensured.

摘要: 螺纹连接是汽车装调过程中零部件之间的常见连接方式,随着企业智能化、自动化水 平的逐步提升,自动拧紧机在生产线的使用已较为普遍,同时拧紧机的拧紧质量就成为产品 质量保证的关键。文章通过对一次多轴电动伺服控制(EC)拧紧机拧紧过程,螺纹失效模式 的过程排查、工艺分析、整改验证,对拧紧机参数进行工艺优化,保证产品实现拧紧过程质 量与拧紧结果的一致性。
