Analysis of Cracking Problem of Automobile TPE Door Sealing Strips Joint in Real Vehicles

汽车实车 TPE 导槽接角开裂问题分析

Abstract: In order to analyze the reasons for the cracking of the thermo plastic elastomer (TPE) door sealing strips joint in real vehicles, the paper investigated the cracking of the door sealing strips joint through the three aspects:the joint strength of the door sealing strips itself, thermal expansion, contraction, and external force environment. In terms of the door sealing strips joint strength, the tensile test of the joint exposure and joint strength was constructed. In terms of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the high and low temperature cycle experiment of the door sealing strips joint was constructed. In terms of the external force of the door sealing strips joint, the real vehicle door sealing strips joint cutting, the cross section of the door sealing strips joint and the force analysis of the door sealing strips joint was constructed. Comprehensively analyze the root cause of the cracking of the door sealing strips joint. Combined with the experimental results of four aspects, including the angle exposure test, the joint strength test, the high and low temperature cycle test, and the external force analysis of the door sealing strips joint, the root cause of the joint cracking of the door sealing strips is the abnormal force of the door sealing strips joint, and the countermeasures and scheme verification are carried out for the root cause. Guiding directions and solutions are given for the subsequent cracking of the door sealing strips joint in real vehicles.

摘要: 为了分析实车热塑性弹性体(TPE)导槽接角开裂的原因,文章通过导槽接角强度、 热胀冷缩以及外部受力三个方面对导槽开裂进行研究。在导槽接角强度方面,构建接角暴晒 和接角强度的拉力实验;在热胀冷缩方面,构建导槽接角的高低温循环实验;在导槽外部受 力方面,构建实车导槽切割、导槽截面以及导槽受力分析等,综合分析导槽开裂的根本原因。 结合接角暴晒实验、接角强度实验、高低温循环实验以及导槽外部受力分析等四个方面的实 验结果,确定导槽非正常受力是接角开裂的根本原因,并针对其进行对策制定以及方案验证, 为后续实车导槽开裂问题给出指导性的方向和解决方案。
