Abstract: Laser welding is widely used in automobile manufacturing. It has the advantages of fast welding speed, beautiful welding seam, small welding deformation, high precision, good welding quality, and can weld metals with high melting point and difficult welding. At the same time, it also has the advantages of high instantaneous welding heat, high cost, complex process and so on. According to several laser welding defects that actually occurred in the company's production, from the perspective of welding tooling and parts matching, this paper analyzes several defects respectively, puts forward improvement suggestions, and also verifies the effectiveness of the measures in practice.

摘要: 激光焊接在汽车制造中有广泛的运用,它有焊接速度快、焊缝美观、焊接变形小、精 度高、焊接质量好、可以焊接高熔点难焊接的金属等优点,同时也存在焊接瞬时热量高、成 本高、工艺复杂等不足。文章根据公司在生产中实际出现的几种激光焊缺陷,从焊接工装和 零件匹配的角度,对几种缺陷分别进行分析,提出改进建议,在实践中也验证了措施的有效 性。
