浅述仪表板设计及其模态分析

Abstract: The instrument panel is the most complex system of automobile interior trim, its design is one of the judgment bases for the success of automobile interior trim development. This paper briefly summarizes two commonly used instrument panels, and focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of different manufacturing processes of soft instrument panels. Due to the large number of matching parts around the instrument panel, this paper focuses on the matching design requirements of the instrument panel with the A-pillar upper trim, front windshield, and front wall sheet metal, so as to provide design reference for subsequent models and increase product competitiveness. Using the commonly finite element simulation software Hypermesh and Abaqus to conduct modal analysis on the instrument panel to verify the rationality of the design and avoid additional mold repair costs due to abnormal noise in the instrument panel area during the subsequent part trial production.

摘要: 仪表板是汽车内饰最复杂的系统,其设计得好坏是汽车内饰开发成功与否的判断依据 之一。文章简要概述了两种常用的仪表板,并重点介绍了软质仪表板不同制造工艺的优缺点, 同时由于仪表板周边匹配件较多,重点介绍了其与 A 柱上饰板、前挡玻璃、前围钣金的匹配 设计要求,为后续车型提供设计参考,提高产品竞争力。并且利用常用的有限元仿真软件 Hypermesh 及 Abaqus 对仪表板进行模态分析,以验证设计的合理性,避免后续零件试制过程 中因仪表板区域异响而产生额外的修模费用。
