转向器摇臂轴插齿加工专用夹具设计

Abstract: In view of the complicated structure of rocker arm shaft of steering gear, the problem of low precision and low efficiency of manual positioning and clamping during gear shaper machining of sector teeth, the positioning reference is selected reasonably and the special fixture for the numerical control gear shaper machine is designed. Adopting spring collet centering clamping mechanism and using hydraulic cylinder as clamping power source, the production efficiency and automation level are improved. By changing the spring collet and cone sleeve, different types of rocker shaft clamping requirements can be adapted to achieve group machining.

摘要: 针对转向器摇臂轴结构复杂,对扇形齿进行插齿加工时手动定位夹紧精度不高和效率 低下的问题,合理选择定位基准并设计了在数控插齿机上使用的专用夹具。采用弹簧夹头定 心夹紧机构,并用液压缸作为夹紧动力源,提高了生产效率和自动化水平。通过更换弹簧夹 头和锥套可适应不同型号的摇臂轴装夹要求,实现了成组加工。
