基于 ABAQUS 的盘刷刷毛清扫性能分析

Abstract: Using ABAQUS to set up the contact model of the brush filament and garbage particle, analysing cleaning performance of brush filament. It can be learned that the changing rule of the cleaning force on the horizontal direction and vertical direction, and the torque along the motor direction of the particle. After that, the paper defines the critical coefficient of friction, and simulates under different touchdown depths, the result shows that the best touchdown depth value of brush filament is 60 mm, it will be helpful to improve cleaning performance.

摘要: 利用 ABAQUS 建立盘刷刷毛与垃圾颗粒的接触模型,分析盘刷刷毛的清扫性能,研究 得到了刷毛对于垃圾颗粒在水平方向和竖直方向上的清扫力以及颗粒沿着运动方向受到的转 矩的变化规律。之后在不同的触地深度下,定义了临界摩擦系数,得到了刷毛的最佳触地深 度值为 60 mm 左右,为清扫性能的提高提供参考。
