卡扣连接性能与仪表板可靠性关系分析

Abstract: At present, with the accumulation of vehicle mileage in most models, the problem of reliability in automobile interior will become increasingly prominent, especially the reliability of instrument panel. The research on the relationship between snap joint performance and instrument panel reliability can effectively prevent the abnormal noise caused by insufficient connection rigidity between different parts of instrument panel. In this paper, based on the problem of abnormal noise collected from high mileage and durable vehicles, combined with the stiffness performance of the actual instrument panel clasp connection, the computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis method is used to analyze the modal, velocity transfer function (VTF) and squeak&rattle (SR) performance of the instrument panel. The accuracy of CAE analysis is verified by comparing with the test results, and it plays a role in predicting the risk of abnormal noise of instrument panel structure.

摘要: 目前,多数车型随着汽车里程的累积,汽车内饰可靠性问题会日渐突出,尤其是仪表 板可靠性问题。研究卡扣连接性能与仪表板可靠性之间的关系,可有效防止仪表板不同部件 间因连接刚性不足造成的异响问题。文章由高里程耐久车辆实际采集的异响问题出发,结合 实际仪表板卡扣连接的刚度性能,利用计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析手段分析仪表板模态、 速度传递函数(VTF)及噪声异响(SR)性能,通过和试验对比验证了 CAE 分析的精确性, 并起到预测仪表板结构异响风险的作用。
