Abstract: The electro-hydraulic servo system is widely used in the test of the whole vehicle and its parts. The control precision and dynamic response of the hydraulic servo control system are extremely demanding in the test of the automobile and its parts, especially in the fatigue test and road simulation test. Most automobile manufacturers mainly use imported electro-hydraulic servo systems to conduct the stiffness and fatigue tests on automobiles and parts. This market is basically monopolized by foreign company such as Moog, Instron, MTS and other manufacturers, but the equipment is very expensive. According to the current situation, independent research and development of electro-hydraulic servo control system and application to vehicle and parts testing. This paper introduces the detailed scheme of the self-developed electro-hydraulic servo system and combines the test results to show that the self-developed electro-hydraulic servo system can be completely competent with the test requirements of vehicle and component stiffness and fatigue test, realize high-precision static loading and high-response dynamic loading of the test to matching the test requirements; At the same time, this research can provide experience and reference for the follow-up projects.

摘要: 电液伺服系统在汽车整车或零部件测试中应用非常广泛,在汽车及零部件测试中对液 压伺服控制系统的控制精度和动态响应要求高,尤其在疲劳耐久和道路模拟测试。大部分汽 车厂家主要使用国外进口电液伺服系统对汽车整车和零部件进行刚度和疲劳测试,该市场基 本上由国外品牌穆格、英斯特朗、MTS 等厂商垄断,且价格高昂。基于上述情况,文章介绍 自研电液伺服系统的详细方案并结合试验情况说明自研的电液伺服系统完全可以胜任汽车整 车或零部件刚度和疲劳试验的测试需求,实现试验高精度的静态加载和高响应的动态加载, 来保证测试的需求;同时为后续项目开展提供经验借鉴。
