Abstract: In order to improve the employment rate, higher vocational colleges adapt themselves to the demand of the employment market by constantly adjusting the training objective and the study field of the talent training program every year, which approach only pays attention to the training form but neglects the ability objective of the talent, the school can not form its own characteristics, leading to the curriculum and teaching content of instability and randomness, students can not be a good job to obtain the vocational action required by the post. Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College breaks the convention, creates the automobile ability center, takes the professional ability training as the goal, explores the practice to train the ability as the center teaching pattern, this paper makes a breakthrough in curriculum standard, teaching process design, teaching ability evaluation and so on, and provides a model for the teaching reform of automobile specialty in other higher vocational colleges.

摘要: 为了提高就业率,高职院校每年通过不断调整人才培养方案的培养目标及学习领域来 适应就业市场需求,这种做法只重视培养形式而忽视了人才的能力目标,学校无法形成自己 的特色,同时导致课程设置和教学内容的不稳定和随意性,学生并不能很好地获得就业岗位 所需的职业行动能力。酒泉职业技术学院打破常规,创建汽车能力中心,以职业能力的培养 为目标,探索实践以培养能力为中心的教学模式,从课程标准、教学过程设计、教学能力评 估等方面进行突破,为其他高职业院校汽车专业的教学改革提供一种模式。
