Abstract: The stiffness of car body in white affects the riding comfort and safety of drivers and passengers at the same time. Taking a passenger car body in white as the research object, this paper obtains the bending static stiffness and torsional static stiffness of the body in white by using the test method and computer numerical simulation method respectively. Through the comparative analysis of the results, it is found that the stiffness values of the body in white obtained by the two methods meet the design requirements, and the stiffness curves obtained by the two methods are very smooth, indicating that the overall stiffness design of the body in white is reasonable. The results verify the reliability of the two methods and provide data reference for the design of the body in white.

摘要: 汽车白车身刚度同时影响着驾乘人员的乘坐舒适性和安全性,论文以某乘用车白车身 为研究对象,分别使用试验方法和计算机数值模拟仿真方法获取了该白车身的弯曲静刚度和 扭转静刚度。通过对结果进行对比分析,发现两种方法所得白车身刚度值均达到设计要求, 且两种方式得到的刚度曲线均很平滑,说明该白车身的整体刚度设计合理。该结果相互验证 了两种方法的可靠性,为白车身的设计提供了数据参考。
