Abstract: This article mainly introduces the basic process and method of heavy truck cab in the process of general layout design, it is mainly used to guide engineers in the design of the overall layout of the cab of a heavy truck, and provides a certain empirical reference. Including the design methods and reference indicators of key hard point sizes such as ergonomics, body-in-white, instrumentation, seats, exterior decorations, etc., as well as the key contents to be paid attention to in the overall layout design process. This article provides basic assistance in the design of the overall layout of the cab of a heavy-duty truck.
