Abstract: Truck often appears tire wear and braking deviation during driving, and in the process of analyzing these problems, it is found that the problematic vehicles all have significant wheelbase deviations. Taking the truck with longitudinal leaf spring as the object, this paper analyzes the static influencing factors causing the truck wheelbase deviation, adopts the static dimension chain analysis method, analyzes the influencing factors from the perspective of design, manufacturing and assembly, and refining the optimization direction, provides a check method for the forward design, and provides analysis and solution ideas for dealing with after-sales problems.

摘要: 卡车在行驶中经常出现磨胎及制动跑偏等故障,在对该类问题进行分析的过程中发现 问题车辆均存在较大的轴距偏差现象。文章以采用纵置式钢板弹簧的卡车为对象,分析造成 卡车轴距偏差的静态影响因素,采用静态尺寸链分析方法,从设计、制造、装配角度分析影 响因素并提炼优化方向,为正向设计提供校核方法,为处理售后问题提供分析及解决思路。
