Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of vocational education in learning content structure and assessment mode, relying on the operation mechanism of Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education (SGAVE) cooperation project, the German dual education concept is introduced. According to the position of automobile mechanical and electrical maintenance, the skill elements and responsibility division of the job field are analyzed, the specific content of the learning field is refined, and the curriculum system is reconstructed. This paper constructs a teaching practice model of division of labor and cooperation from the aspects of teachers' division of labor and cooperation strategy, students' division of labor and cooperation learning process, and school-enterprise division of labor and cooperation mode, implements specific teaching steps, and forms a job responsibility rotation assessment model, which provides guidance and basis for the development of division and cooperation teaching practice.

摘要: 针对职业教育在学习内容架构和考核模式等方面目前存在的弊端,依托中德先进职业 教育合作项目(SGAVE)运行机制,引进德国双元制教育理念。对照汽车机电维修岗位,分 析岗位工作领域技能要素及职责分工,提炼学习领域具体内容,重构课程体系。从教师分工 协作策略、学生分工协作学习过程、校企分工协作模式构建了分工协作教学实践模型,实施 了具体教学步骤,形成了岗位职责轮转考核模式,为分工协作教学实践的开展提供指导和依 据。
