汽车技能大赛成果转化路径策略探究

Abstract: Skills competitions are not only an effective way to select highly skilled talents, but also promote the progress and development of vocational education. This article is based on the automobile inspection and maintenance competition of vocational college skill competitions, and proposes the important significance of the transformation of skill competition results for teaching resources from pre-competition preparation, practice during the competition, and summary after the competition. This article analyzes the transformation paths and strategies of competition resources into classroom teaching from the aspects of competition content to teaching content, competition training work orders and scoring standards to classroom teaching, competition training methods to teaching methods, idle competition equipment, and competition expansion resources. This can provide reference and ideas for subsequent classroom teaching and curriculum reform, and help comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.

摘要: 技能大赛不仅是选拔高技能人才的有效途径,也促进了职业教育的进步与发展。文章 基于职业院校技能大赛汽车检测与维修赛项,从赛前准备、赛中实践、赛后总结提出了技能 大赛成果转化对教学资源的重要意义。从大赛内容向教学内容转化、大赛实训工单和评分标 准向课堂教学转化、竞赛训练方法向教学方法转化、赛项设备的闲置转化、大赛拓展资源的 转化方面分析了大赛资源向课堂教学的转化路径与策略,可为后续课堂教学和课程改革提供 参考和思路,有助于全面提升高职院校人才培养的质量。
