Abstract: The paper mainly studies the heat treatment deformation rule of the quenching process of 20CrMnTi alloy gear of a light vehicle platform, and uses the new structure tooling to control the deformation control of the platform. By means of different the charging method of parts, studying the gear accuracy, profile, flatness, layer depth and hardness help to direct a more suitable charging method. The results show that matrix tooling can obviously improve the heat treatment deformation of gears. After using the matrix tooling, the gear accuracy of heat treatment changes from 4 to 2. The changes of flatness, layer depth and hardness have been reduced to some extent.

摘要: 文章主要研究某轻车平台 20CrMnTi 合金材料齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中的热处理变形规 律,采用新结构工装控制齿轮变形。通过研究不同装料方式对齿轮热处理前后精度变化、齿 形变化、平面度变化、层深和硬度差异,从而确定更合适的装料方式。结果表明,矩阵式工 装的装料方式对齿轮热处理变形有明显提升作用。采用矩阵式工装装料,齿轮热处理精度变 化量从 4 级降低到 2 级,齿形变化、平面度变化及同炉层深和硬度变化量都有了一定程度减 小。
