基于 AGV 的重型车桥自动化生产配送 物流应用研究

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of automatic transformation such as the variety of auto parts, large size differences, complex warehousing and distribution logistics equipment. This paper through the case study of the production and distribution logistics of heavy duty axle, the laser guided automatic guided vehicle (AGV) and fork AGV are adopted, and the supporting packaging and multi-layer shelves are designed and developed. It has achieved obvious results in reducing warehousing and distribution personnel, improving the flexibility of enterprise employment, reducing the number of logistics forklifts, improving economic benefits, improving the automation level of warehousing and distribution, and breaking through the bottleneck of smart factory construction. It can be used as a reference for the intelligent and less humanized parts of the automobile industry.

摘要: 针对汽车零部件种类多、尺寸差异大、其仓储配送物流器具复杂等自动化改造难题。 通过对重型车桥生产配送物流案例研究,采用激光导引类自动导向车(AGV)、叉取式 AGV, 同时对配套的包装、多层式货架进行设计开发。在减少仓储、配送作业人员,提升企业用工 灵活性,减少物流叉车数量,改善经济效益,提升仓储,配送自动化水平,突破智慧工厂建 设瓶颈等方面成效明显。对汽车行业零部件智能化和少人化具有一定的借鉴作用。
