Abstract: The exhaust system is an important structural system for passenger pickup truck models. Whether its structural design is reasonable is not only related to its own durability and reliability, but also directly affects the noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance, power economy performance, emissions and other performance of the entire vehicle. To ensure that the exhaust system performance of a passenger pickup truck development model meets the requirements of national policies and regulations, this paper uses computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation method and experimental testing methods, conduct exhaust system strength analysis, NVH modal analysis, temperature field analysis, noise testing, and road acceleration testing analysis of a passenger pickup truck model, and conduct detailed verification of the performance indicators of the exhaust system. The results show that at a frequency of 27 Hz, the maximum stress of the exhaust system suspension support is 214.9 MPa, which is less than the material yield strength. At the same time, the NVH mode avoids the engine idle resonance frequency, and the temperature field is evenly distributed and the highest temperature is lower than the temperature limit of the steel, meeting the design objectives and effectively enhancing the comprehensive market competitiveness of the passenger pickup truck model.

摘要: 排气系统是乘用皮卡车型的重要结构系统,其结构设计是否合理既关联自身的耐久可 靠性,也会直接影响整车的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能、动力经济性能、排放性 能和其他性能。为确保某乘用皮卡开发车型排气系统性能符合国家政策法规要求,文章采用 计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真方法和试验测试手段,开展某乘用皮卡车型的排气系统强度分 析、NVH 模态分析、温度场分析及噪声测试及实车道路加速度测试分析,详细校核该排气系 统性能指标。结果显示,在 27 Hz 频率下,排气系统吊挂支架最大应力为 214.9 MPa,小于材 料屈服强度,同时 NVH 模态避开了发动机怠速共振频率,温度场分布均匀且最高温度小于钢 材耐温极限温度,满足设计目标要求,有效提升了该乘用皮卡车型的市场综合竞争力。
