电机轴电压原因和应对措施及测试方法

Abstract: As the speed and platform voltage of the driving motor of new energy vehicles are getting higher and higher, the shaft voltage related problems caused by this have attracted more and more attention. Severe shaft voltage will cause bearing electric corrosion. Bearing electric corrosion can cause high-speed noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) problems and reduce efficiency, and even lead to system failure and safety risks in severe cases. At the same time, severe shaft voltage can also worsen the electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) performance of the motor system. This paper starts with the definition, classification and harm of shaft voltage, and gives engineering countermeasures by analyzing the cause mechanism of shaft voltage, which is verified by experiments.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车驱动电机的转速和平台电压越来越高,由此带来的轴电压相关问题越 来越受到广泛关注。严重的轴电压会引起轴承电腐蚀。轴承电腐蚀会造成高速噪音、振动和 声振粗糙度(NVH)问题及效率降低,严重时甚至会导致系统失效造成安全风险,同时严重 的轴电压还会恶化电机系统的电磁兼容(EMC)性能。文章从轴电压的定义分类及危害入手, 通过分析轴电压产生的原因机理给出了工程上的应对措施,并结合试验验证了其有效性。
