Abstract: Bumpers are important exterior components of automobiles, and their design determines the success of the developed vehicle model in a certain way. This paper focuses on the package requirements of car bumpers during the development process, such as position package requirements, pedestrian protection requirements, vehicle performance requirements, bumper layout regulations, and matching requirements between the front bumper and fog lights. It can provide corresponding reference for the analysis of human-machine layout of car bumpers. At the same time, finite element analysis software HyperMesh and ABAQUS are used to analyze the stiffness of the front bumper. When a force of 98 N is applied to the bumper, its deformation is not allowed to exceed 10 mm. The analysis results indicate that the deformation of the front bumper under the corresponding load is 2.435 mm, which verifies that the previous bumper design meets the requirements and avoids mold repair costs caused by improper design of the front bumper in the future.

摘要: 保险杠是汽车重要的外饰件,其设计的好坏一定程度上决定了所开发车型能否取得成 功。文章重点介绍了汽车保险杠在开发过程中的布置要求,如位置布置要求、行人保护要求、 车辆通过性能要求、保险杠布置法规要求及前保险杠与雾灯的匹配要求等,可为汽车保险杠 人机布置分析提供相应的参考。同时利用有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 和 ABAQUS 对前保险 杠进行刚度分析,在保险杠上施加 98 N 的力时其变形量不允许超过 10 mm。分析结果表明, 在相应载荷下前保险杠的变形量为 2.435 mm,验证了此前保险杠设计符合要求,避免后续因 前保险杠设计不当导致的修模费用。
