Abstract: Using computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation methods and experimental testing methods, CAE strength analysis, temperature field analysis, and noise testing analysis of a light truck disc brake system are carried out. The results show that under the braking condition of an initial speed of 80 km/h, the yield strength, thermal stress, and temperature rise curve of the key components of the disc brake system met the design objective requirements. At the same time, on-site testing shows that there are no reliability issues related to the strength and thermal stress of the disc brake system. The development process combining simulation analysis and actual vehicle testing has improved the reliability of the disc brake system, shortened the component development cycle, reduced costs and increased efficiency, and effectively enhanced the product competitiveness of this light truck model.

摘要: 采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真方法和试验测试手段,开展某轻卡盘式制动系统的 CAE 强度分析、温度场分析及噪声测试分析,结果显示,80 km/h 初速度制动工况下,该盘 式制动系统关键零件制动盘的屈服强度、热应力和温升曲线均满足设计目标要求,同时实车 测试表明,未出现盘式制动系统强度及热应力相关可靠性问题。通过仿真分析与实车测试相 结合的开发流程,提升了盘式制动系统的可靠性,缩短了零部件开发周期,降本增效,有效 提升了该轻卡车型的产品竞争力。
