Abstract: The sliding sleeve structure is widely used in the middle reverse gear of medium and light truck manual transmission. When the structure changes gears, there is a speed difference, which will produce a big impact and cause the whole vehicle to move, thus affecting the whole vehicle using comfort. This paper provides a reverse gear system with synchronous function for medium and light truck transmission, which adds friction pairs without changing the size of external interface, and reduces the speed difference through its synchronous function, so as to achieve the improvement of shift feel. At the same time, this reverse gear system can replace the original system without the consideration of installation or mould. The system will in low development cost for its easy manufacturing technology and good interchangeability.

摘要： 中轻卡手动变速器中倒挡普遍采用滑套结构，该结构换挡时转速差，会产生较大冲击， 引起整车窜动，影响整车使用舒适性。文章提供了一种用于中轻卡变速器具有同步功能的倒 挡系统，该系统在不改变外部接口尺寸的前提下添加摩擦副，通过其同步作用，减小转速差， 从而实现换挡手感的改善。同时，该系统可直接替换原有滑套式倒挡系统，制造安装容易， 不涉及空间布置、模具等调整，开发成本较低，具有良好互换性。
