Abstract: Intelligent connected vehicle has become an important development direction of automobile. Therefore, we should cultivate high-quality skilled personnel who can meet the development needs of intelligent and connected automobiles, it is extremely urgent for vocational colleges to set up and build the specialty of intelligent connected vehicle in time. This paper analyzes the demand for talents from the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry, we will focus on interdisciplinary talents, skilled talents in the whole industry chain and quality talents in soft and hard mergers about intelligent networked vehicles, and explore how to cultivate such talents in the construction of the specialty of intelligent networked vehicles. Then it can better promote the rapid development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry and provide reference for training high-quality skilled personnel.

摘要： 智能网联汽车已成为汽车发展的重要方向，因此，培养适应汽车智能化、网联化发展 需求的高素质技能人才，职业院校适时开设并建设好智能网联汽车专业迫在眉睫。文章从智 能网联汽车产业发展对人才需求的分析，围绕智能网联汽车对跨学科复合型人才、全产业链 技能人才和软硬兼并素质人才，以及就如何培养这类人才而开展对智能网联汽车专业建设的 探索。进而更好推动智能网联汽车产业的快速发展，为培养高素质技能人才提供参考。
