Abstract: With the rapid development and popularization of new energy vehicles, the lightweight technology of automobiles has also received more and more attention. Due to its light weight and simple processing technology, nylon tube has gradually become the main material used in cooling pipelines, it is very suitable for the application of new energy vehicle cooling system. The article introduces the three technical routes of cooling water tubes, the comparison of the use of three materials, and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the hose and nylon tube solutions. For example, by comparing a rubber water tube and a nylon water tube scheme for new energy vehicles, the lightweight results of the batch adoption of the nylon tube solution are illustrate. Finally, the design precautions of nylon tubes are discussed, which provides reference and reference significance for the design and production of similar models.

摘要: 随着新能源车的迅速发展和普及,汽车的轻量化技术也越来越受到重视。尼龙管由于 质量轻、加工工艺简单,已逐渐成为冷却管路的主要使用材料,非常适合在新能源汽车冷却 系统中应用。文章介绍了冷却水管的三种技术路线、三种材料使用对比以及采用胶管和尼龙 管方案整车优缺点对比。示例通过对比一款新能源车橡胶水管和尼龙水管方案,说明了尼龙 管方案批量采用的轻量化成果。最后探讨了尼龙管的设计注意事项,对同类车型设计与生产 提供了参考和借鉴意义。
