Abstract: The "double carbon" goal has become a long-term national strategy, new energy vehicles have ushered in development opportunities, and urban low-carbon environmental protection will also enter a new stage. As an important facility for energy supply, new energy vehicle charging infras- tructure plays a key role in the promotion of new energy vehicles and plays an important role in urban planning and construction. At present, there are a series of problems in the construction and operation of the city's supporting charging infrastructure, which hinder the popularization and development of new energy vehicles. This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure construction in Heze, and explores the effective path to strengthen the construction of new energy vehicle infrastructure.

摘要: “双碳”目标成为长期国家战略,新能源汽车迎来发展机遇,城市低碳环保也将进入全 新阶段。新能源汽车充电基础设施作为能源补给的重要设施,对新能源汽车推广起到关键作 用,在城市规划建设中扮演重要角色。目前,城市配套的充电基础设施在建设运营过程中存 在一系列问题,阻碍了新能源汽车的普及和发展。文章对菏泽市新能源汽车充电基础设施建 设现状进行分析和讨论,探究加强新能源汽车基础设施建设的有效路径。
