Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology such as digital technology and network technology, new technologies represented by information technology have a profound impact on the cultivation and development of automotive technology talents. Automotive technology talents are indispensable composite talents in current society, facing enormous challenges and opportunities brought by the digital wave. The talent cultivation mechanism also needs to be adjusted and innovated accordingly. Based on the trend of automobile manufacturing process technology transformation to digital transformation, this paper analyzes the development trend of automotive process technology, expounds the current situation and demand of automotive process technology talent cultivation, explores the transformation method of talent cultivation mode, puts forward improvement countermeasures and implementation measures, which helps to cultivate compound process technology talents better and faster, to meet the talent demand of enterprises, and to improve the talent shortage problem of enterprises.

摘要: 随着数字技术、网络技术等信息技术的飞速发展,以信息技术为代表的新技术对汽车 技术人才的培养和发展产生了深远的影响。汽车工艺技术人才是目前社会中不可或缺的复合 型人才,面临着数字化浪潮带来的巨大挑战和机遇,人才的培养机制也需要相应的调整和创 新。文章以汽车制造业工艺技术向数字化转型的趋势为背景,分析汽车工艺技术发展趋势, 阐述汽车工艺技术人才培养现状及需求,探讨人才培养模式转型方法,提出了改善对策和实 施措施,有助于更好更快地培养复合型工艺技术人才,以满足企业人才需求,改善企业人才 短缺问题。
