Abstract: The development of information technology provides rich materials for teaching and promotes the construction of resource database. How to give full play to the effectiveness of the resource database to improve the quality of teaching and talent training has become an important research direction. Based on the analysis of the construction demand of New Energy Vehicle Technology resource database, this paper takes the concept of outcome based education (OBE) as the guide to construct the basic framework of resource database, analyzes the realization way of resource database, and illustrates the application of resource database in the online and offline blended teaching reform. The construction of the resource database based on the concept of OBE can reflect the dominant position of students learning, enhance the function of the resource database as "able to learn and auxiliary to teaching", and has great significance for improving students’ autonomous learning ability and teaching quality.

摘要: 信息技术的发展为教学提供了丰富素材,推动了课程资源库的建设。如何发挥课程资 源库的效能,提升教学质量和人才培养质量成为重要研究方向。文章在分析新能源汽车技术 课程资源库建设需求的基础上,以成果为导向的教育(OBE)理念为指导构建资源库的基本 框架,分析资源库的实现途径,并阐明资源库在课程线上线下混合式教学中的应用。基于 OBE 理念构建课程资源库,能充分体现学生的学习主体地位,提升了资源库“能学、教辅”的功 能,对提高学生的自主学习能力和教学质量具有重要意义。
