Abstract: Electronic control system and controller area network (CAN) bus have been widely used in heavy-duty trucks, the control principle is more complex, fault judgment and maintenance is difficult, and it is urgent to improve the skills of maintenance personnel. Aiming at the circuit fault of a heavy truck with remote throttle, this paper adopts the method of schematic diagram analysis, expounds its control principle and mutual influence relationship, obtains the characteristic law of fault generation through comparative research, guides maintenance personnel to clarify the electronic control principle, CAN bus network, master the ideas and methods of fault judgment, and provide reference for troubleshooting.

摘要: 电控系统及控制器局域网络(CAN)总线已广泛应用于重型卡车上,控制原理较为复 杂,故障判断及检修难度大,亟需提升维修人员的技能。文章针对某型带远程油门的重型卡 车电路故障,采用原理简图分析方法,阐述其控制原理和互相影响的关系,通过对比研究得 出其产生故障特点规律,指导维修人员明晰电控原理、CAN 总线网络,掌握故障判断的思路 和方法,为排除故障提供借鉴。
