基于 3D 打印的小批量包覆工艺探索

Abstract: With the development of the automotive industry, consumers have increasingly high requirements for automotive products, paying more attention to the aesthetics, high-end, and comfort of automobiles. In terms of automotive interior, the application of wrapping is also becoming increasingly widespread. For models with low planned production capacity, traditional process solutions may result in cost waste. Adopting advanced processes such as additive manufacturing (3D printing) can achieve low-cost production of small batch wrapping parts. In order to meet the performance requirements of the parts, the wrapping process for additive manufacturing (3D printing) parts is explored, and the application of the wrapping process in the automotive industry, the wrapping process based on additive manufacturing, and the production method of plastic substrates are analyzed. The results show that in the process of using 3D printing technology to achieve small batch production of wrapping parts, selecting the appropriate 3D printing method and printing materials can ensure that the appearance, size and product performance of the parts meet the relevant technical requirements.

摘要: 随着汽车工业的发展,消费者对汽车产品的要求越来越高,也越来越关注汽车的美观 性、高挡性、舒适性。在汽车内饰方面,包覆应用也越来越广泛。对于规划产量较少的车型, 传统的工艺方案可能存在成本浪费,采用增材制造(3D 打印)等先进工艺方式,可以低成本 实现小批量包覆件的生产。为使零件可以满足性能要求,对增材制造(3D 打印)零件的包覆 工艺进行了探索,从包覆工艺在汽车行业的应用、基于增材制造包覆工艺流程,以及塑料基 材制作方式三方面对其进行分析。结果显示,利用 3D 打印技术实现小批量包覆件生产的过程 中,选择适当的 3D 打印方式及打印材料可以保证零部件外观、尺寸及制品性能符合相关技术 要求。
