Abstract: At present, most of the bench fatigue test equipment of suspension system in automobile factory can realize multi-axial loading and variable frequency loading, so the input cost of test equipment is high. This paper studies and explores a road spectrum based bench fatigue test method for automobile suspension. The characteristic of this method is to decompose the collected road spectrum load into multiple test loads by using the pseudo-damage equivalent principle. The test loads are all fixed amplitude, fixed frequency and uniaxial, so the requirements for test equipment are not high, and the test accuracy can be achieved. The test results show that the bench fatigue test conducted by this method can get the same test results as the whole vehicle durability test.

摘要: 目前汽车厂的悬架系统台架疲劳试验设备大多可实现多轴向、变频率加载,试验设备 的投入成本高。文章探索了一种基于路谱的汽车悬架台架疲劳试验方法,其方法的特点是利 用伪损伤等效原理,将采集到的路谱载荷分解成多级试验载荷,试验载荷均因定幅、定频、 单轴向,所以对试验设备要求不高,且能达到一定的试验精度。试验结果表明,按该方法进 行的台架疲劳试验能得到与整车耐久试验相吻合的试验结果。
