Abstract: This article is based on discrete multi-beam method,by writing a property file of leaf spring and using Adams/Car module to build a leaf spring model, then simulate the leaf spring static/dynamic stiffness characteristic via Adams/View. Both methods been used to simulate the static/dynamic stiffness in this paper, the results show that the multi leaf spring model established by Adams is basically consistent with the actual stiffness characteristics of the leaf spring.

摘要: 文章基于多点离散梁法,通过编写钢板弹簧属性文件,利用 Adams/Car 模块建立多片 钢板弹簧模型,并在 Adams/View 中对所建多片钢板弹簧作静/动刚度特性仿真测试分析。又 分别采用了两种方法对其静/动刚度进行仿真,将仿真结果与实际对比分析,结果表明通过 Adams 建立的多片钢板弹簧模型与实际钢板弹簧刚度特性基本吻合。
