Abstract: The article introduces the universal design of the vehicle underbody, considering key interface factors that affect the generalization of each module. Based on the study of the platform universal design principle, the key design points of realizing the universal, such as structure, block and lap are expounded. On the premise of meeting the platformization requirements of key interfaces and balancing factors such as cost, cycle, performance requirements, and manufacturing process difficulty during the product development, the universality of key components for each module of the vehicle underbody is maximized for making contributions to the rapid and flexible entry of vehicle products into the market.

摘要: 文章围绕影响下车体各模块平台通用化的关键接口因素,系统分析了下车体平台通用 化设计方法。通过对前舱模块、前围模块、前地板模块及后地板模块的平台通用化设计方案 进行研究,阐述了实现各模块关键部件通用化的结构、分块、搭接等设计要点。在满足关键 接口平台化需求的前提下,均衡考虑产品开发成本、周期、性能需求、制造工艺难度等方面 因素,最大化的实现下车体各模块关键零部件通用,为整车产品快速灵活投入市场做出贡献。
