新型无曲轴内燃机的设计与分析

Abstract: At present, the problem of improving the thermal efficiency of vehicle internal combustion engine is still one of the main contents of vehicle research. In this paper, a new internal combustion engine structure is proposed from two aspects of reducing mechanical resistance and energy loss. The new internal combustion engine is mainly composed of a crankshaftless piston and an energy converter. Among them, the crankshaft-free piston cancels the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism in the structure. The reciprocating linear motion of the piston solves the problem of side force and can effectively reduce the mechanical resistance. The energy converter is mainly composed of the cylinder valve and the shell. Through the rotation of the cylinder valve and the structure of the shell, the hydraulic oil is used as the medium to realize the energy storage and conversion, which reduces part of the energy loss and improves the combustion thermal efficiency. In addition, the new type of internal combustion engine can use flexible fuel, hydrogen engine provides a new direction for the new type of internal combustion engine fuel, combustion medium uses clean energy hydrogen or ammonia, in line with the national "two-carbon" policy, wide application prospects. The new structure of internal combustion engine proposed in this paper can provide a new idea for improving the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engine.

摘要: 目前,提高车辆内燃机热效率的问题仍然是车辆研究的主要内容之一,文章主要从减 小机械阻力和减少能量损失两方面,提出了一款新型内燃机结构。该新型内燃机主要是由无 曲轴活塞和能量转换器组成。其中,无曲轴活塞在结构上取消了曲轴连杆机构,活塞运动采 用往复式的直线运动,解决了侧向分力问题,能够有效地减小机械阻力。能量转换器主要由 缸液阀和壳体组成,通过缸液阀的旋转,配合壳体的结构,以液压油为介质,实现能量的储 存和转换,减少了部分能量损失,提高了燃烧热效率。此外,新型内燃机可以使用灵活的燃 料,氢气发动机为新型内燃机燃料提供了新的方向,燃烧介质使用清洁能源氢气或者氨气, 符合国家“双碳”政策,应用前景广泛。文章提出的新型内燃机结构,可以为提高内燃机热 效率问题提供新思路。
