车门铰链布置正向设计分析

Abstract: With the development of the automotive industry, consumers have increasingly high requirements for the quality of automobile. As a system that customers often see and use, the automobile doors are extremely important to their feelings. In the process of automobile development, door hinges have a significant impact on the overall appearance and quality of door opening and closing operations. The arrangement of hinges is the foundation of door design and also a difficulty. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of door development, this article mainly studies the forward layout method of rotating door hinges, clarifying the requirements, input conditions, layout methods and steps of hinge layout, which has a certain guiding role for engineers who have just entered the door design industry.

摘要: 随着汽车行业的发展,消费者对汽车的品质要求也越来越高,车门作为客户经常看到 和使用到的系统,对客户的感受极其重要。在汽车开发过程中,车门铰链对车门整体的外观 和开关门操作品质都很大的影响,铰链的布置是车门设计的基础,同时也是难点。为了提升 车门开发品质和开发效率,文章主要对旋转车门铰链正向布置方法进行了研究,阐明了铰链 布置的要求、输入条件、布置方法和步骤,对刚进入车门设计行列的工程师有一定的指导作 用。
