Abstract: Automobile column is an important supporting component of automobile, the stiffness and strength of the column determines the stability and safety of automobile driving. Therefore, in the design process of multi-functional integrated agricultural vehicles, it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable design analysis of the column to ensure that the car can adapt to the harsh working environment and high intensity of work. The geometric model of the column is established by UG software, the suspension kinematics is simulated by automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems ADAMS/Car software, and the strength and stiffness of the column are analyzed by ANSYS software. Thus, the stress and deformation data of the column under the extreme working conditions are obtained, and then the analysis and optimization are carried out, and finally the safe and reliable lightweight automobile column is designed.

摘要: 汽车立柱是汽车重要的支撑组件,立柱的刚度和强度决定着汽车行驶的稳定性与安全 性。因此,在多功能综合农用车的设计过程中,要对立柱进行科学合理的设计分析,以确保 汽车能适应恶劣的工作环境和高强度的工作强度。利用 UG 软件建立立柱的几何模型,利用 机械系统动力学自动分析软件 ADAMS/Car 进行悬架运动学仿真,通过 ANSYS 软件对立柱的 强度、刚度进行有限元分析。从而得出立柱的在极限工况下的应力与形变数据,进而进行分 析与优化,最终设计出安全可靠的轻量化汽车立柱。
